About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Inbound account executive to conduct discovery meetings, qualify prospects, and convert inbound opportunities into committed clients.
This is not a cold-calling role. All leads have already expressed interest in acquiring a business and have booked a call with our team. Your responsibility is to assess fit, guide prospects through the opportunity, address concerns, and help qualified candidates move forward with confidence.
The ideal candidate is a skilled consultative salesperson who can build trust quickly, ask direct qualification questions, and confidently discuss financial matters with prospective clients.
Key Outcomes
- Qualified prospects are efficiently identified and advanced through the sales process
- Non-qualified leads are professionally disqualified while preserving brand reputation
- Discovery calls consistently follow the established qualification framework
- Follow-ups are completed promptly and effectively
- CRM records remain accurate and up to date
- Sales targets and closing goals are consistently achieved
Responsibilities
Discovery & Qualification
- Conduct scheduled inbound discovery meetings with prospective clients
- Ask structured qualification questions regarding liquidity, credit profile, business experience, timeline, and motivation
- Clearly explain our acquisition advisory services, financing options, and client journey
- Address objections and answer prospect questions professionally
- Guide qualified prospects toward a confident purchasing decision
- Follow up with prospects via phone, SMS, and email
- Maintain momentum with undecided prospects and move conversations toward a clear outcome
- Schedule additional calls when appropriate
CRM & Administration
- Maintain detailed notes after every interaction
- Update pipeline stages and prospect information within GoHighLevel CRM
Requirements
- Proven experience in high-ticket consultative sales, closing, or advisory roles
- Strong track record of converting qualified leads into paying clients
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Comfortable conducting sales conversations via Zoom and phone with North American clients
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly accountable
- Ability to thrive in a performance environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in coaching, financial services, real estate, business acquisitions, M&A, or related industries
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Experience working with affluent or investment-focused clients
- Strong objection-handling and consultative selling skills

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
