Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Production/Warehouse Associate to join our flexographic printing team. This position supports all aspects of our manufacturing operation, including prepress, press support, finishing, inventory, shipping, and general warehouse duties. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a strong work ethic, and is willing to learn all aspects of the flexographic printing process.
Responsibilities
· Assist with prepress operations, including mounting printing plates and preparing jobs for production.
· Stage materials, inks, plates, and tooling for scheduled press runs.
· Support press operators with press setup, cleanup, and changeovers.
· Inspect printed labels for quality and notify supervisors of any issues.
· Operate finishing and packaging equipment as needed.
· Package finished products according to customer specifications.
· Receive, inspect, and stock raw materials and finished goods.
· Pull materials for production and maintain inventory accuracy.
· Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if needed).
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
· Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
· Perform other production and warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred;
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills are helpful.
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
