Responsibilities
- Safely maneuver and park a variety of vehicles, including standard passenger cars and larger models, within designated parking areas.
- Assist guests with vehicle arrivals, departures, and parking needs with friendly, professional communication.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks to move vehicles or equipment as required, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lot, including removing debris and ensuring clear pathways for vehicle movement.
- Process cash transactions related to parking fees or other services accurately and efficiently.
- Support automotive service operations by delivering vehicles to service bays or customer locations promptly.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate vehicle movements and ensure smooth lot operations.
Experience
- Prior experience in guest services or hospitality environments is highly desirable, demonstrating strong customer interaction skills.
- Dealership or automotive industry experience is a plus, providing familiarity with vehicle types and lot procedures.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating standard passenger cars; proficiency with manual transmissions is advantageous.
- Outdoor work experience that demonstrates comfort working in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
- Proven ability to handle heavy lifting safely and efficiently during vehicle movements or lot maintenance tasks.
- Experience processing cash transactions, cashiering, or cash handling in fast-paced settings.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests, team members, and management.
