Every week is different. One day you may be visiting local businesses, another day you'll be representing our dental practice at a community festival, health fair, school event, or local outreach program.
No dental experience? No problem!
We're looking for personality, enthusiasm, confidence, and a willingness to learn. We'll teach you everything you need to know about our practice.

About the Position
As our Community Outreach & Events Representative, you'll be the face of our dental practice throughout the San Jose community.
Your mission is simple:
Build relationships.
You'll introduce our office to local businesses, schools, community centers, healthcare providers, and community organizations while helping people learn about our practice.
You'll also represent us at community events, festivals, health fairs, wellness fairs, and school programs.

What You'll Do
- Visit local businesses and introduce our dental practice.
- Build relationships with schools, community centers, senior communities, and local organizations.
- Represent the practice at health fairs, festivals, and community events.
- Set up and manage promotional booths.
- Hand out promotional materials and answer questions about our office.
- Create new community partnerships.
- Take photos and videos during events for social media.
- Keep track of businesses visited and community contacts.
- Brainstorm fun new outreach opportunities with our team.
- Represent the practice with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Qualifications
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, event promotions, community outreach, sales, or brand ambassador experience preferred.
- No dental or medical experience required.
- We provide paid training.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid California driver's license.
- Willing to travel throughout the San Jose area.
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds for booth setup.
- Bilingual (Spanish or Vietnamese) is a plus.
Schedule
- Part-Time
- Approximately 10–25 hours per week
- Flexible weekday schedule
- Occasional evenings and weekends for community events
Compensation
- $25.00–$27.00 per hour
- $20 Bonus per signup that completes treatment
