The Judge Group is seeking a Project Engineer for a manufacturing company located in the Hagerstown, MD area.
Title: Project Engineer
Location: Hagerstown, MD
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
Responsibilities:

Oversee engineering projects with accountability for technical execution and costs

Coordinate and choose external vendors and contractors

Drive equipment reliability and plant performance improvements

Manage capital initiatives including design, budgeting requests, construction, and handoff

Support long-term capital planning efforts

Lead smaller plant projects and provide day-to-day engineering support

Assist maintenance teams with troubleshooting equipment issues

Train operators on new systems and technologies

Identify and implement process improvements
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required
-
At least 1 year of project engineering experience
-
1+ year within a manufacturing environment
-
Background in electrical systems or controls is a plus

Strong project coordination and vendor management abilities
