The applicant would be seeking a rewarding position where your medical assisting experience and knowledge would be appreciated. The right candidate should have at least 6-12 months of previous MA experience.
Job Description subject but not limited to for this fast paced Dermatology office:
- Assist provider with patient care by obtaining the history and chief complaint.
- Assist in medical records documentation
- Maintain medical exam rooms, stocking supplies, and Sterilization
And, Subject but not limited to for this fast paced Dermatology office
- Assist physician with patient care by obtaining history and chief complaint.
- Assist physician with procedures, biopsies and or other procedures in the Dermatology office
- Assist with wound care and suture removal
- Completion of pathology and lab requisition documents
- Pathology call backs and pathology logs
- Sterilization of instruments and surgical packs.
- Triage phone calls.
- Room patients
- Front office duties when needed.
- Sterile tray preparation, sterile technique, instrument cleaning
- Other
Responsibilities:
Medical Assisting experience preferred, Dermatology preferred and at least 6-12 months .

§ Be knowledgeable in medical terminology and computer confident
§ Have the ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions.
