Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled precast installers and welders to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various aspects of crane rigging, welding, grouting, field measuring, blueprint reading, survey equipment or able to learn.
Duties
- Rigging and signaling crane operations.
- Welding in all positions including mild, stainless, and galvanized steel using portable stick welders.
- Operate Manlift and scissor lifts.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently in accordance with project requirements.
- Read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and layout.
- Engage in heavy lifting and moving of materials throughout the construction site.
- Collaborate with team members on renovation projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Mechanical knowledge with experience in construction processes is essential.
- Familiarity with rigging and industrial operations.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job demands.
- Previous experience on construction sites is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an understanding of construction estimating practices.
