What You'll Do
- Perform general maintenance and repairs: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and drywall
- Complete unit make-readies/turns for new move-ins
- Respond to resident work orders promptly and professionally
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency maintenance
- Assist with preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, and other building equipment
- Maintain grounds, common areas, and curb appeal as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain accurate maintenance records
What You Bring
- 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in apartment/property maintenance or a related trade
- HVAC certification preferred
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair techniques
- Ability to diagnose and solve problems independently
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to participate in on-call emergency rotation
- Valid driver's license
