A real estate development and management firm is seeking a detail oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support a property manager.
The individual is needed for a scanning project and their only responsibility will be to scan resident paper files and upload them into their system.
Job Function:

Schedule: Monday - Friday onsite: 9am - 6pm with 1 hour of unpaid lunch.
- Reviewing, sorting, and organizing physical resident paper files (removing staples, paperclips, and smoothing pages) to ensure they are ready for high-volume scanning.
- Operating corporate scanning equipment to accurately convert physical resident folders into high-quality digital formats (PDFs).
- Correctly naming, tagging, and indexing the scanned files according to the firm’s filing conventions to ensure data integrity.
- Navigating the company’s internal database or property management software to upload and securely save the digital files into the correct resident accounts.
- Double-checking scanned documents to ensure pages are readable, no sheets were missed, and files were uploaded to the correct profiles before safely storing or disposing of the original paper documents.
Job Requirements:

6mo + of corporate experience.
- 6mo + of MS Office experience
- Ability to multitask
