Behavioral Health Clinic (BHC) is a growing multidisciplinary mental health organization serving communities across Wisconsin through outpatient clinics, school-based services, and statewide telehealth programs. We are seeking compassionate, motivated Psychologists and Post-Doctoral Clinicians who want to practice in a collaborative, evidence-based environment focused on quality care, accessibility, and professional growth.
We are currently hiring both full-time and part-time clinicians for therapy, psychological testing, assessment, and supervisory opportunities.
This hybrid position offers remote flexibility while requiring regular in-person clinical time at our Green Bay office. Candidates should be comfortable incorporating onsite services into their weekly schedule.
Work alongside psychologists, therapists, psychiatric providers, speech-language pathologists, school psychologists, and assessment specialists in a truly team-based care model focused on coordinated patient care.
Clinicians may tailor their role based on their interests and experience, including:
- Individual therapy
- Family therapy
- Psychological and neuropsychological assessment
- Autism and ADHD evaluations
- Clinical supervision of master’s-level therapists

- PhD, PsyD, or Post-Doctoral level clinician
- Wisconsin licensed, license eligible, or PSYPACT eligible

Behavioral Health Clinic offers flexible W-2 employment models designed to support clinician career goals, scheduling preferences, and work-life balance.
- Fee-for-service model with competitive rates based on licensure and experience
($95+ per billed clinical hour)
