Duties
- Perform botulinum toxin treatments and dermal filler injections to reduce signs of aging and restore facial harmony.
- Conduct esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, and other skin rejuvenation procedures with meticulous attention to safety and effectiveness.
- Provide comprehensive consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment options, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain strict sanitation protocols, ensuring all tools, equipment, and treatment areas meet health standards.
- Manage client appointments efficiently using salon or med spa software such as Millennium or MINDBODY, ensuring smooth scheduling and record keeping.
- Educate clients on skincare products, post-treatment care, and available aesthetic services to promote ongoing guest engagement.
- Upsell additional services like eyelash extensions, hair extensions, nail care, or body waxing to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
- Collaborate with team members on social media management and product demos to boost brand visibility and attract new clients.
Experience
- Valid RN or Nurse Practitioner license with experience in medical aesthetics or med spa settings.
- Proven expertise in administering botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser procedures.
- Familiarity with salon or med spa management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards, tattooing techniques, hair threading, makeup application, and nail care is a plus.
- Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, social media management, and guest services will set you apart.
- Prior background in hospitality or barbering can enhance your ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients seeking body waxing, hair styling, or deep tissue massage services.
