Responsibilities
- Present and sell flooring products and services while developing long term business relationships
- Market and reach out to potential retail/wholesale/commercial clientele
- Provide expert advice and consultation on a variety of flooring projects
- Provide estimation and bidding services for contractors, designers, home builders and consumers
- Set follow-up in store and field appointments providing top notch service throughout the sales process
- Manage project progress while ensuring quality and post installation customer satisfaction
Skills
- Sales Experience: 2-3 years (Flooring experience preferred, not required)
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices (customer service experience preferred)
- Proficiency in English
- Basic Math skills
- Solid communication, organization and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Ability to perform under pressure and in a timely manner; able to multitask
- High school degree required; AA or BS degree in Marketing or related field is a plus
- Valid Driver's License is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
