Position Overview:
The Restaurant Manager works alongside the management team to assist with daily restaurant operations, support staff, and deliver a welcoming, high-quality dining experience for every guest.
Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Manage and lead staff in collaboration with management team

Ensure service is maintained at the utmost of quality level

Track daily reports of labor, sales, call outs, etc

Assist with scheduling as needed

Keep General Manager informed of sales and key issues

Increasing sales through networking and guest relations to raise guest check average.

Assists in maintaining supplies, menus

Partner with General Manager and Assistant General Manager to conduct weekly inventory

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service environment

Proven ability to lead and coach hourly teams

Strong knowledge of proper guest recovery steps

Strong understanding of daily restaurant operations and service standards

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
