Your Role:
Be the friendly, knowledgeable voice of our company! You’ll:
- Answer customer calls and emails, providing product, pricing, and shipping info
- Enter and process orders accurately
- Handle payment issues and returns
- Assemble manuals and paperwork as needed
- Assist other departments using Microsoft Office and Dynamics GP
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office; Dynamics GP a plus
