Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential or commercial settings, ensuring that all areas are well-kept and welcoming. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and neatly presented.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas and restrooms, ensuring they meet hygiene standards.
- Conduct carpet cleaning as needed to maintain the appearance of flooring.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Assist in housekeeping management tasks, including inventory control of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Experience
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with custodial duties and housekeeping management practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all tasks performed.
