The Clinical Supervisor (BCaBA) provides clinical oversight, supervision, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians while ensuring high-quality, ethical ABA services for children and families. This position includes:

Leadership Responsibilities
-
Provide ongoing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA Therapists.
-
Conduct regular clinical observations and coaching sessions.
-
Ensure treatment integrity and quality service delivery.
-
Promote ethical, evidence-based ABA practices.
This role offers the opportunity to work directly with children and families in their homes while maintaining a manageable caseload and receiving ongoing collaboration and support from an experienced clinical leadership team.

Skill acquisition assessments

Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

Develop and update individualized treatment plans based on client progress and data.
Family Partnership-
Conduct parent and caregiver training.

Collaborate with families to promote skill generalization.

Review treatment progress and recommendations.

Support families throughout every stage of care.
Clinical Documentation-
Complete supervision documentation in accordance with BACB and funding source requirements.

Maintain timely clinical reports.
-
Ensure compliance with payer guidelines and organizational policies.
Team Development-
Mentor new clinicians and provide clinical feedback and coaching.

Assist with onboarding and competency development.
-
Facilitate clinical training and continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications
-
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification
-
Active Virginia Behavior Analyst License (or ability to obtain prior to start)

Minimum of two years of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder

Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis

Excellent communication and organizational skills
