Treatment Coordinator — Sales & Patient Consultations Celebrate Smile Dental | Fairborn, OH | Full-Time | On-site | $18–$22/hr + Uncapped Monthly Bonus
WHAT THIS ROLE IS
You are the person who sits down with patients, earns their trust, presents their treatment options, and closes the case — because you genuinely believe they need the care. Not a pushy close. A confident one. We train everything clinical. We cannot train drive, warmth, or the will to finish what you start.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead one-on-one patient consultations — honest, clear, focused on what is best for the patient
- Present treatment plans, pricing, financing, and savings options with confidence
- Close cases — move patients from "I need to think about it" to "let's get this scheduled"
- Follow up with every patient who did not schedule — persistently and professionally
- Manage your pipeline so nothing falls through; own your numbers at morning huddle
- Handle check-in and check-out financial conversations accurately every time
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We need someone who is driven to close, methodical, and detail-oriented — and someone who genuinely enjoys the people they work with every day.

Backgrounds that translate well: medical spa or aesthetics sales, retail or B2C sales, insurance, financial services, or any role where closing a consultative conversation was part of the job.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ year in a sales, service, or patient-facing role where results were expected — not just effort
- Comfortable with financial conversations — numbers, quotes, and payment plans do not rattle you
- Coachable — you take feedback, apply it, and get better fast
- Organized and self-directed — your follow-up does not depend on someone reminding you
- A genuine team player — you lift the people around you, not just yourself
- Monday–Friday, full-time, on time
WHAT YOU GET
- $18–$22/hr base plus an uncapped monthly bonus — the better you close, the more you earn
