Additional Compensation: Performance-based incentive/commission for closing and scheduling treatment
Are You a Proven Closer Who Knows How to Turn Hesitation Into Confident Action?
Inspire Dental is looking for an exceptional consultative salesperson—not someone who simply presents an estimate and waits for the patient to decide.
This is a high-touch, relationship-driven sales position within a dental practice. You’ll meet individually with patients who are considering recommended care, sometimes involving a significant financial investment. Your role is to build trust, communicate value, understand what may be holding the patient back, present solutions, and confidently ask them to move forward.
Dental experience is not required. We can teach you dentistry. We’re looking for someone who already knows how to sell.
We cannot teach drive, emotional intelligence, resilience, personal accountability, or the instinct to follow up and close. If you have a proven record of success in luxury retail, aesthetics, elective healthcare, automotive sales, real estate, fitness memberships, hospitality sales, or another high-value sales environment, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Meet one-on-one with patients to discuss recommended treatment, estimated costs, financing options, and next steps
- Translate complex treatment recommendations into clear, understandable value
- Build genuine trust and help patients feel confident making important healthcare decisions
- Ask thoughtful questions to identify the real concern behind hesitation
- Navigate objections related to cost, timing, fear, uncertainty, or the need to consult with someone else
- Confidently ask patients to commit to and schedule treatment
- Present payment options and third-party financing solutions
- Follow up consistently and strategically with patients who don’t schedule immediately
- Maintain an organized pipeline of outstanding treatment opportunities
- Track consultations, follow-up activity, case acceptance, scheduled treatment, and results
- Reengage patients who previously expressed interest but haven’t moved forward
- Collaborate with our doctors and clinical team to create a seamless, high-level patient experience
- Take ownership of individual sales goals and measurable performance expectations
The Person We’re Looking For
You may be a great fit if you:
- Have a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Know how to guide a sales conversation without sounding scripted
- Can quickly build rapport with people from different backgrounds
- Are warm, polished, emotionally intelligent, and highly confident
- Are comfortable discussing significant financial decisions
- Listen carefully and know how to uncover what someone is really concerned about
- Can confidently ask for a decision and recognize when it’s time to close
- Understand that effective sales is about helping people make a decision—not pressuring them
- Follow up with purpose and don’t allow promising opportunities to disappear
- Are persistent without becoming pushy or transactional
- Stay motivated after hearing “not yet” or “no”
- Want your performance to be measured and rewarded
- Are organized enough to manage multiple patients, conversations, and follow-up timelines
- Communicate professionally in person, over the phone, by text, and by email
- Welcome coaching and actively apply feedback
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment where details, urgency, and follow-through matter
What This Position Is Not
This is not a traditional front-desk position, and it is not a passive administrative role.
You won’t simply hand patients a treatment estimate, ask whether they have questions, and wait for them to call back. You’ll take ownership of the patient’s decision process from the initial consultation through follow-up and scheduling.
This position may not be right for you if you’re uncomfortable:
- Discussing money and financing
- Asking direct questions
- Navigating hesitation or objections
- Asking someone to make a decision
- Following up repeatedly and consistently
- Managing a sales pipeline
- Being held accountable for measurable results
We want someone who sees an unscheduled treatment plan as an active opportunity—not a completed task.
Why Join Inspire Dental?
This position offers the earning opportunity and accountability of sales while allowing you to help people access care that can genuinely improve their health, comfort, and confidence.
We offer:
- $23.00–$35.00 per hour, based on experience
- Performance-based incentive/commission opportunities for closing and scheduling treatment
- A consistent Monday–Thursday schedule
- Four 10-hour shifts and three-day weekends
- Comprehensive training in dental terminology, procedures, and systems
- Hands-on coaching in our patient consultation and sales process
- Modern technology that helps patients understand the value of their treatment
- Clear goals and measurable performance expectations
- A supportive, growth-focused team
- Opportunities for continued professional growth as our organization expands
How to Stand Out
When applying, tell us about the largest or most complex sale you personally closed. Please include:
- What you were selling
- The approximate value of the sale
- The objections or hesitation you encountered
- What you personally did to earn the customer’s commitment
- The sales goals or quotas you were responsible for in that position
Specific examples matter. We’re looking for someone who can clearly demonstrate how they build trust, navigate objections, follow through, and close.
If you’re motivated by meaningful relationships, measurable results, and the opportunity to directly influence your earnings, we’d love to meet you.
