As a Dining Room Server, you are a vital part of our residents' daily lives. Your role is a blend of hospitality, care, and teamwork:

Hospitality First: Greet residents by name, assist with seating, and ensure they have everything they need to enjoy their meal.

Precision Service: Accurately deliver meals, drinks, and snacks, paying close attention to individual dietary needs and personal preferences.

Create a Welcoming Space: Maintain a sparkling clean dining room and kitchen area, ensuring all health and safety standards are exceeded.

Build Connections: Work respectfully with a diverse population, including those with memory loss or physical impairments, ensuring every interaction is positive and dignified.

A Heart for Seniors: Patience and empathy are your greatest tools.

Professionalism: You follow directions well and can keep calm in a fast-paced environment.

Experience: Prior experience in food service or cooking for large groups is a plus, but a great attitude is essential!

To keep our community safe and healthy, this role requires:

Standing for long periods and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
