We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated, and reliable Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to join our team. You will work closely with and be mentored by Dr. Alex Dombrovski, an internationally recognized expert in neuropsychiatry, depression, and anxiety. This is not a typical high-volume clinic. It is a place for someone who wants to learn from a global leader in the field, get better at what they do, and use new technology to improve healthcare.
What You Will Do
- Meet with physically ill and older patients to evaluate their mental health and safely manage their medications.
- Support patients across different living situations, including managing care for those residing in long-term care facilities.
- Build caring, science-backed treatment plans for depression, anxiety, delirium, and dementia with behavioral problems.
- Use our AI-assisted software to make writing notes and tracking patient progress fast and easy.
- Talk through complex cases directly with Dr. Dombrovski to keep learning and improving your skills.

Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania CRNP license (or eligible to get one).
- Psychiatry certification (PMHNP) is preferred, but NOT required. We warmly welcome caring NPs from other specialties (like Family or Adult-Gerontology) who are eager to learn psychiatry.
- Active DEA registration.
- Experience working with older adults or in long-term care is a big plus.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
