- Lead daily quality control processes for video equipment, including preparation, testing, and validation of show packages.
- Verify that video systems are operational, complete, correctly configured, and aligned with production requirements.
- Partner with Project Coordinators and Logistics teams to resolve equipment availability challenges and communicate approved substitutions.
- Help maintain production readiness by ensuring equipment is properly tracked and prepared for deployment.
- Provide guidance and support to team members while promoting consistent workflows and quality expectations.
- Identify repair needs, escalate issues appropriately, and follow through to support timely resolution.
- Support receiving, returns, and tracking activities for high-value video inventory.
- Contribute to organized equipment storage and efficient gear flow across operations.
- 3-5 years of hands-on AV or video system experience.
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting video systems.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to supporting teammates.
- A careful, quality-focused mindset with strong attention to system verification and detail.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including occasional overtime or travel as business needs require.
