Sunnking Sustainable Solutions is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Cell Phone & Tablet Repair Technician to join our team.

What You’ll Do
As a Cell Phone & Tablet Repair Technician, you’ll test, diagnose, repair, and prepare mobile devices for reuse and resale.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Test and diagnose cell phones, tablets, and other mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and determine the most effective repair solution.
- Perform repairs and replace components as needed.
- Inspect completed repairs to ensure devices meet quality standards.
- Accurately document device specifications, condition, testing results, and other required information in our inventory system.
- Identify and source replacement parts efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Maintain accurate inventory and ensure devices are assigned to the correct storage locations.
- Identify devices that cannot be repaired or reused and route them through the appropriate recycling process.
- Work with other team members to maintain an efficient and organized repair and testing operation.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of technical experience involving cell phone, tablet, or electronics repair.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing mobile electronic devices.
- Knowledge of common mobile devices and operating systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and find practical solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple devices and priorities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
A Plus, But Not Required
- Board-level soldering experience.
- Experience sourcing replacement parts.
- Experience working with refurbished or used electronics.
- Experience preparing devices for resale.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
