Duties
- Provide friendly, professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively
- Previous ice cream experience or customer support roles preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash, credit and debit card transactions a must.
