We are an established landscaping company looking to hire 5–6 dependable, hardworking crew members for general landscaping, maintenance, and new landscape projects.
We are looking for people who enjoy working outdoors, aren't afraid of physical work, and take pride in getting the job done right. Landscaping experience is a plus and may qualify you for a higher starting wage.
What You'll Do
- Perform general landscaping and property maintenance
- Assist with new landscaping installations and projects
- Maintain existing landscapes and properties
- Plant, dig, rake, shovel, and perform other general landscaping work
- Load, unload, and move landscaping materials
- Use basic landscaping tools and equipment
- Assist crew members with daily projects
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Follow instructions from crew leaders and management
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
What We're Looking For:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (must be able to E-verify)
- Able to perform physically demanding outdoor work
- Able to lift, bend, dig, walk, and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Dependable and punctual
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Able to work well as part of a crew
- Landscaping or similar outdoor/construction experience is preferred, but not required
Pay & Schedule:
Starting pay is $19.00 per hour. Applicants with landscaping or other relevant experience may qualify for a higher starting wage.
This is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week, with a typical schedule of 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, five days per week.
