Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to grow sales of
our brands within an assigned territory. This role operates in a fast-paced, competitive,
and rewarding environment focused on expanding market presence, strengthening
dealer relationships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience within the
dealer channel.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute short- and long-term sales strategies to drive revenue growth and
increase brand presence within the market.
- Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with key decision-makers
and influencers to grow market share and retain existing accounts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Train and support dealer personnel by educating them on product lines,
programs, and promotions.
- Partner with customer service and distribution teams to proactively manage
warranty claims and product-related issues.
- Provide consistent communication, market feedback, and territory performance
updates.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; or 3+ years of sales experience with a High School
diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 1 years of outside sales experience, preferably in cabinetry or
building materials.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across departments and with
customers.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and general computer applications.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to high-volume building product accounts.
- Familiarity with 20/20 Design software and HubSpot.
- Understanding of kitchen layouts, design concepts, and/or cabinet installation.
