**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team. The Dishwasher will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and utensils used in the kitchen. **Responsibilities:** - Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure the cleanliness of all items - Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand - Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas - Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition - Assist with various cleaning tasks as needed **Experience:** - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required - Knowledge of proper sanitation regulations - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and cleanliness **Skills:** - Ability to help in a culinary environment - Familiarity with hotel or food service industry practices - Hospitality mindset towards kitchen staff and restaurant guests - Understanding of basic kitchen operations - Experience with bussing tables and assisting cooks Join our team as a Dishwasher and be part of a dynamic kitchen environment where your contributions are valued!
