Job description
Check Guests in & out, Answer phone calls, make reservations, handle and resolve guest service and room issues, payments, reconcile computer and paper records.
You will be the face and representative of the hotel during your shift, must be courteous, outgoing, professionally dress and groomed, well spoken. This is an all encompassing position with many tasks. This is an ideal position to grow your skills in the area of service and customer interactions.

Evening Shift: 3pm - 11pm
Night Shift: 11pm - 7am
