An Apprentice is the starting position at Epp and it is the ultimate goal for that person to train to become a Journeyman, a Crew Chief and then eventually a Foreman. An Apprentice should have the capabilities to work next to other members of the Epp team to complete daily tasks. The most important aspect of an Apprentice should be their work ethic and willingness to learn new things. It should be the goal of an Apprentice to accomplish the testing and training to become a Journeyman within a 3-month (90 days) window. Our Flatwork crews are a part of our Concrete Rehab division. This division includes Concrete R&R, Polylifting, and Joint Sealant.

This Position is:
- Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED or college diploma.

- Experience in Flatwork is preferred. However, we will train for this position
