We're seeking an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator / Patient Concierge to become the face of our practice. This is much more than a front office position—it's an opportunity to create an elevated patient experience while helping our practice grow.

ResponsibilitiesConcierge Patient Experience
- Deliver a warm, concierge-level dental experience from the first phone call through treatment completion
- Build genuine, long-lasting relationships with patients
- Guide patients through their treatment journey with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate care with specialists and dental laboratories when needed
Treatment Coordination
- Present treatment recommendations with confidence and clarity
- Educate patients on their treatment options and answer questions
- Discuss financial arrangements and available payment options
- Follow up on unscheduled treatment and help patients move forward with recommended care
Insurance & Financial Coordination
- Verify dental insurance benefits and obtain pre-authorizations when needed
- Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims
- Process patient and insurance payments accurately
- Help patients understand their benefits and maximize their insurance coverage
Schedule & Practice Management
- Maintain an efficient, productive doctor and hygiene schedule
- Minimize openings through proactive scheduling and patient communication
- Manage appointment confirmations, waitlists, and scheduling changes
- Help monitor production goals and scheduling efficiency
- Work closely with the doctor to prioritize high-value treatment, maximize scheduling efficiency, and support the overall growth of the practice
Administrative Excellence
- Manage the doctor's professional calendar, including meetings, speaking engagements, social media filming, content deadlines, and other administrative priorities while ensuring seamless coordination with the clinical schedule
- Manage patient communication through phone, text, and email with warmth, professionalism, and prompt follow-through
- Coordinate communication between the doctor, patients, specialists, laboratories, and vendors
- Continuously improve office systems, organization, and workflows to support a highly efficient practice
- Ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time with exceptional attention to detail
QualificationsRequired
- 3+ years of experience as a dental treatment coordinator or front office lead
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification, billing, claims processing, and treatment coordination
- Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with dental practice management software
Preferred
- Experience with Oryx practice management software
- Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license is a plus, but not required
- Experience in cosmetic or fee-for-service dentistry
