Founded in 2015, Nicely Counseling Services is a thriving group private practice in Middleboro, MA dedicated to providing compassionate mental health and lactation services that prioritize the well-being of families as a whole. Our team specializes in trauma-informed care, early childhood mental health, family systems therapy, and support for underserved populations, including BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and non-traditional families. We offer individual, family, and group counseling, as well as lactation consulting services.
Position Overview:
We are seeking candidates who are driven, client-focused, and aligned with our mission to deliver high-quality care. The right candidate will bring strong clinical skills and a commitment to supporting individuals and families through meaningful, evidence-based work. Clinicians have the opportunity to work with clients who are a strong clinical fit for their expertise and interests, while the practice handles administrative tasks—so you can stay focused on what you do best: providing excellent clinical care. They may also opt work from home up to 50% of their scheduled hours and have flexibility in the development of their schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual and/or family therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Participate in regular supervision and staff meetings.
- Stay current with best practices and continuing education in the field.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in Massachusetts (e.g., LMHC, LICSW, LMFT).
- Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to cultural humility.
- Strong clinical skills in evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Compensation:
We value pay transparency and offer a competitive fee-for-service model:
- Master’s Level Clinicians: $48–$78 per service
- Independently Licensed Clinicians: $52–$86 per service
