Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate team members to meet and exceed performance targets
- Coordinate daily workflows, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects
- Foster open communication within the team and with other departments to facilitate seamless operations
- Provide coaching, feedback, and support to enhance individual and team performance
- Manage customer interactions with professionalism, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and resolving issues efficiently
- Analyze team metrics and operational data to identify areas for process improvement
- Support recruitment efforts by participating in hiring processes and onboarding new employees
- Must be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
