Duties
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively in various construction tasks.
- Perform frame carpentry tasks, including measuring, cutting, and assembling materials.
- Engage in heavy lifting as required to move materials and equipment around the job site.
- Collaborate with team members to complete fence projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety on the construction site.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks while working.
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred.
- Proficiency with power tools, hand tools, concrete finishing techniques, and frame carpentry.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 80 pounds) consistently throughout the workday.
- Knowledge of fence installation processes is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
