Job description
The Caregiver is responsible for providing personal assistance and routine daily care and services related to the residents in accordance with the Resident Care Profile, and as may be directed by the Executive Director and Assisted Living Director in order to enhance the residents’ independence and quality of life. In addition, the Caregiver is responsible for assisting residents with recreational activities to help maintain their optimum level of functioning. Reports to: Assisted Living Director or Generations Care Director or Generations Program Director, as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age.
Must have a High School Diploma or GED- Must successfully pass background, Physical, and Drug Screening.
Must be willing to work assigned schedule.
Must have experience in providing ADL care to senior population
Must have great customer service skills and professional demeanor.
Must love seniors!!!
Attendance is VERY important!
Job Type: Full-time
Available Shifts: 3pm-11pm- Rotating Weekends.
