Duties
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
- Implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
- Observe and document changes in clients' physical and emotional conditions, reporting any concerns to appropriate staff members.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment by maintaining hygiene standards and following health protocols such as HIPAA regulations.
- Engage clients in social activities and community outings to promote socialization and inclusion.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and provide updates on client progress.
- Support clients with mobility challenges, ensuring their safety during transportation or movement within facilities.
Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in home health settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with group home environments or assisted living facilities is a plus.
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
