Compensation:
$350,000+
Responsibilities:-
Lead surgical procedures with precision and care, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.

Collaborate with a dedicated team to enhance patient outcomes and streamline clinic operations.

Engage with a robust referral network to foster strong professional relationships and drive practice growth.

Mentor and guide junior staff, sharing expertise to build a cohesive and skilled team.

Participate in continuous professional development to stay at the forefront of oral and maxillofacial surgery.

Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making to support the practice's long-term vision.

Utilize centralized management tools to optimize scheduling and maximize surgical efficiency.
Qualifications:-
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.

Completion of an ADA-accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program.

Active North Carolina dental license or eligibility to obtain one.

Experience in performing a wide range of oral and maxillofacial surgeries with precision and care.

Ability to collaborate effectively with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.

Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with referring dentists and healthcare providers.

Commitment to continuous education and staying current with the latest advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery techniques and practices.
