*Job Summary*
We are currently seeking a part time dental office receptionist trainee to join our dental office team. The hours will be Monday through Friday 9am- 2pm. The ideal candidate will be trained to assist the office manager.
*Responsibilities*
- Greet patients, assist them with intake forms, and help answer general questions
- Manage the daily calendar by confriming appointments, scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling appointments
- Answer incoming phone calls, route messages to the appropriate staff, and confirm upcoming appointments
- Help with general administrative duties like scanning, faxing, and maintaining front desk and reception area
