MASSAGE ENVY SOUTH PORTLAND (MAINE) is hiring Massage Therapists
We are currently hiring part time or full time for the following shifts :
- Monday-Thursday-3p-8p
- Saturday and Sunday - 9a-3p or 1p-7p
FULL TIME 25+ HOURS PER WEEK or PART TIME 18-24 HOURS PER WEEK. We PAY our Providers for any Same Day No-Show Appointments!
· A therapist’s starting hourly wage is based on the therapist’ experience starting at $25 per hour plus GENEROUS TIPS! It is our policy to ask the clients upon check out if they wish to leave a gratuity for the provider.
· Potential to earn $4 to $6 extra per hour when clients choose to add one or more of our popular enhancements.
· Our membership program brings approximately 1,100 regular clients in for services an average of once a month. This keeps us busy all the time! Unlike many other Maine businesses, we are NOT THE SLIGEST BIT SEASONAL. Our therapists therefore enjoy a steady income making it easier to manage their regular expenses.
· Therapists do not pay for any operating expenses

Maine Massage Therapy License Required

Massage Envy is a therapeutic massage clinic located in South Portland. Massage Envy is also the nation’s #1 provider of skin care services.
Massage Envy does a great deal of advertising, so therapists do not need to do any personal marketing in order to be a busy as they wish.
Our massage therapists establish their own schedule and can operate a private practice in addition to working with us.
The massage therapist responsibilities are focused on providing massage modalities and enhancements and to perform treatment room maintenance. Other employees handle scheduling, laundry and clinic maintenance.
We are open Monday through Friday 8AM to 8PM and Saturday and Sunday 9AM to 7PM.
· All our therapists receive a FREE membership in the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) which includes personal liability insurance and great continuing education opportunities
· Therapists receive a free massage every week they perform 22 or more massage hours.
· Access to Group Health and Dental Insurance available to full-timers (25 hours/week). Company pays ½ the cost of Health Insurance.
· All employees have paid vacation time
Paid Personal days are earned by Full-time employees (25 hours/week)
· All our staff are employees, so we take care of all tax forms etc.
· Optional participation in the MERIT Roth IRA program administered by the State of Maine.
· All our employees have free access to licensed counselors any time of the day or night, 7days a week, 365 days a year. Councilors provide totally confidential assistance with a wide range of personal challenges.
