Red Mountain Wholesale in Provo, Utah is seeking a hands-on Processing Supervisor to lead our floral processing team. This role is responsible for overseeing the receiving, processing, inventory accuracy, quality control, and daily workflow of fresh floral products within a fast-paced wholesale warehouse environment.
This is a working leadership position. The successful candidate will spend significant time on the warehouse floor working alongside the team while providing direction, accountability, training, and operational oversight.

What You'll Do
- Lead and work alongside the Processing Team during daily operations.
- Oversee receiving, inventory check-in, product labeling, and cooler organization.
- Ensure high standards of inventory accuracy and product quality.
- Schedule staff and manage daily labor utilization.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings and provide coaching and accountability.
- Monitor product condition and help reduce shrink and waste.
- Train team members on procedures, systems, and best practices.
- Utilize NetSuite, handheld scanners, and warehouse technology to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, workflow, and efficienty.
- Help create measurable performance standards and department metrics.

- Proven leadership experience in warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, operations, or similar environments.
- Ability to build positive working relationships while holding team members accountable.
- Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Leads by example and is comfortable working alongside the team.
Technology & Learning
- Comfortable using computers as a primary part of the job.
- Able to quickly learn new software, systems, and operational processses.
- Experience with inventory systems, ERP systems, warehouse managements systems (WMS), handheld scanners, or similar technology is strongly preferred.
- Ability to train others on technology and process compliance.
Operations & Work Style
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to recognize and respond to changing priorities.
- Understands the importance of urgency in a time-sensitive, perishable product environment.
- Able to balance speed, accuracy, quality, and labor efficiency.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move boxes and buckets weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in refrigerated cooler environments.

Important Note
Fresh floral products are highly perishable and time-sensitive. Success in this role requires a sense of urgency, adaptability, and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment where incoming shipments often determine daily priorities and workload.
Schedule - please note scheduled in/out times vary based on shipments. We are looking for someone who has some flexibility in their schedule. This position requires working every Sunday. It also requires working extra hours during our busy seasons/holidays (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Memorial Day)

Tuesday: 8:00am-5:00pm
Wednesday: 8:00am-5:00pm
Thursday: 7:00am-4:00pm
Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm
Saturday: OFF
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
