Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy in orders.
- Handle cash transactions using the POS system and cash register efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift.
- Assist with banquet or catering events as needed, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to ensure guest health and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, with a focus on customer service in hospitality settings.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is essential.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and brewing techniques is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
