Job Description
Servpro of Aurora is a fast-growing company that is growing rapidly in Mesa, AZ. We are currently looking for a full-time Supervisor to join our team. The Supervisor will be responsible for the overall supervision of the day to day operations of the facility. The Supervisor will supervise employees and ensure that all work activities are carried out in a timely, safe, and efficient manner.
Essential Functions:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of the facility.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards.
- Coordinate and monitor work schedules of personnel.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all equipment is in working order.
- Ensure that all safety procedures are being followed at all times.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
Skills:
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
- Ability to communicate effectively with personnel, clients, and vendors.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently when needed.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
