Duties

- Supervise shift management, employee orientation, sales management, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and store policies.
- Provide ongoing training and development to foster a high-performing team.
Experience
- Proven management experience in retail environments with supervisory responsibilities, primarily within the tire industry
- Experience in customer-facing role
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Excellent communication skills combined with organizational prowess to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
