Duties
- Safely park, retrieve, and move vehicles into parking areas.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent guest services and guiding them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Assist with vehicle deliveries and pickups, ensuring proper documentation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lot, including sweeping, washing windows, and removing debris to uphold a professional appearance.
- Support dealership staff by providing efficient vehicle transportation between service bays, lots, or storage areas.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding vehicle status or guest needs using clear verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with experience driving vehicles.
- Strong guest services skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a diverse customer base.
- Experience as a delivery driver or in retail parking management is advantageous.
