Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Health & Wellness Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and a background in health and wellness. In this role, you'll work directly with clients to deliver recovery treatments, manage front desk responsibilities, and support daily operations. You'll receive hourly pay + commission for selling services, packages, and memberships.
We’re looking for someone available to work on
Saturday and Sunday: 10am-3pm (or until 5pm, if desired)
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: morning to mid afternoon

Key Responsibilities:
Treatment Support
- Administer Whole Body Cryo, Normatec, Red Light Therapy, Localized Cryo, Infrared Sauna, PEMF, Hydromassage, and more
- Guide clients through treatment protocols and safety
- Educate clients on service benefits and recovery plans
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards
Front Desk & Sales
- Check in clients, schedule sessions, process payments
- Promote memberships, packages, and upgrades to maximize results and earn commissions
- Follow up with clients to encourage repeat visits
- Assist with social media or customer engagement, if interested
- Maintain accurate treatment and client records
What We're Looking For:
- A college student or recent graduate in kinesiology, physical therapy, sports med, or a related field
- Friendly, professional, and passionate about health and wellness
- Experience with sales and commission-based compensation
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable using point-of-sale systems (Mindbody experience a plus)
