POSITION OBJECTIVE
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic medical and surgical team. At our practice, we are committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience, ensuring every patient receives a thorough consultation and the safest, most effective treatments with outstanding results.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform a full range of medical aesthetic services within professional scope, including neurotoxin and dermal filler injectables, laser treatments, and energy-based device procedures.
- Assist with pre-operative and post-operative care in a plastic surgical environment, including patient preparation, education, follow-up, and monitoring of surgical recovery.
- Perform body contouring treatments and provide skin care and skin rejuvenation services, all within professional scope of practice.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans, customizing aesthetic and supportive care to each patient’s goals.
- Educate patients on treatment protocols, including pre- and post-care instructions, while providing ongoing guidance for optimal and sustainable results.
- Accurately document all treatments, assessments, and progress notes in patient medical charts, following established clinical and privacy protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized treatment environment, ensuring all equipment is properly prepared and maintained according to health and safety standards.
- Recommend and educate patients on medical-grade skincare and treatment products tailored to their individualized plans.
- Demonstrate strong consultative skills, identifying appropriate opportunities to introduce related services and treatment programs that fit the patient’s goals.
- Consistently achieve or exceed weekly and monthly service and retail targets, contributing to the overall success of the practice.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with patients through professional communication, empathy, and a genuine focus on long-term outcomes.
- Conduct meaningful follow-ups to monitor progress, encourage compliance, and ensure continued patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and aesthetic providers to ensure patients receive a comprehensive, integrated approach to their care.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program, with a current, active license in good standing with the appropriate governing body.
- Able to work full-time hours, 30 to 35 hours per week.
- Lives within 30 minutes of the practice.
- Experience performing medical aesthetic injectables (neurotoxin and dermal filler); experience with laser and energy-based devices is strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting pre- and post-operative care in a plastic surgery or surgical setting is an asset.
- Strong understanding of patient assessment, care planning, and progress tracking within a clinical setting.
- Knowledge of hormone replacement therapy, wellness, weight loss, and peptide therapies is considered a strong asset.
- Current and up-to-date CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development through participation in industry training, workshops, and continuing education related to aesthetics and surgical support.
- Experience or interest in leveraging marketing and social media platforms to promote services and engage patients is considered an asset.
