Warehouse Operations Specialist Agreement
The following agreement stipulates the terms of employment that must be adhered to by all Warehouse Managers employed by Quality Touch Painting, Inc.

Role: Warehouse Operations
Accountabilities: A Warehouse Operations Specialist oversees all aspects of warehouse operations, including, employee assistance on project, inventory management, shipping and receiving, trailer and small engine repair, and ground maintenance.
Deliverable #1 Inventory Management:
- Keeping track of regularly used operating supplies (sprayers, drills, sanders, etc.)
- Unloading and Re-Stocking trailers for upcoming jobs and tracking supplies.
- Updating upper management when items used on a regular basis are running low.
Deliverable#2: Shipping and Receiving:
- Coordinating the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensuring timely and accurate shipments.
Deliverable #3: Warehouse Operations:
- Assisting employees with ongoing project with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Optimizing warehouse layout and processes for efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Maintaining the physical condition of the warehouse and equipment.
- Developing and implementing process improvement initiatives.
- Washing drop cloths and rags.
- Keeping the grounds in clean condition (lawn mow, weed eat, floor sweeping, and dusting)
- Helping with Paint projects and sandblasting.
Compensation Structure:
The warehouse manager is to be paid weekly for hours worked (first week held back) The pay period encompasses the work performed the previous week Thursday to Wednesday. Payments are issued electronically without any mandatory or elected deductions. (deductions authorized by the employee).
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Lunch: 11:00 am to 11:30 am (lunch break is required unless prior authorization to skip it is approved and employees are required to clock out for lunch.) There are two 15-minute breaks in an 8-hour shift (1 per 4 hours.) Break times are 9:00 am and 2:00 pm. Employees are not required to clock out for breaks
Warehouse Rules
We request that employees do not receive personal calls while on duty. If urgent, please keep personal calls to a minimum and conversations brief. Phone calls should be handled on company breaks.
Music can be listened to but must be kept at a minimum level. No headphones.
Holidays
Employees will be off for Christmas, New Year, 4th of July, Labor Day, Memorial Day, and Thanksgiving.
Vacation
The warehouse manager gets 1week paid vacation each calendar year.
Painting and Small Engine repair a plus
Keeping our spray booth clean is another major task of the job.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
