Studio Manager | Retail Manager | Beauty Manager (Full-Time)
We are hiring a Studio Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales performance, and manage a team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This role is ideal for an experienced Retail Manager, Salon Manager, or Spa Manager looking for growth within a multi-location organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, staffing, and overall studio performance
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of service providers and front desk staff
- Drive sales, membership growth, and client retention
- Ensure excellent customer service and client experience
- Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and operational processes
- Monitor KPIs including sales, productivity, and retention
- Support local marketing and business development efforts
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Studio Manager, Retail Manager, Salon Manager, or Spa Manager
- Strong sales and performance management experience
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Preferred Experience:
- Beauty, wellness, spa, or membership-based business
- Experience with retail sales, client retention, and service-based operations
