Land of Therapy is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our interdisciplinary family. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between a child’s thoughts and their ability to share them—helping them master the mechanics of communication and feeding to better connect with the world.
Primary Responsibilities
You will lead the charge in diagnosing and treating disorders that impact speech, language, and swallowing. Your expertise will provide the foundation for children to overcome barriers and reach their full potential.
Key Clinical Duties:
- Comprehensive Evaluations: Assess speech, language, and swallowing levels to establish clear clinical baselines.
- Tailored Interventions: Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans unique to each child's strengths.
- Speech & Fluency: Guide patients in sound production, vocal quality, and maintaining natural fluency.
- Language & Literacy: Expand vocabulary and sentence structure for both verbal and written communication.
- Feeding & Swallowing: Develop the muscle strength and coordination required for safe, efficient feeding.
- Caregiver Empowerment: Partner with families to provide the education and tools needed for progress at home.
- Clinical Record Keeping: Maintain precise documentation, from initial evaluations to detailed progress notes.

Schedule & Requirements
- Hours: Monday – Friday (No weekends).
- Location: Clinic-based, with Telehealth/Remote options available upon family request.
- Licensure: Valid Florida Speech-Language Pathology License (Required).
- Experience: 1+ years of Pediatric experience (Preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
