Join our dynamic team performing Customer Service/Inspect/Assembly duties. You will play a vital role in ensuring product quality while delivering exceptional customer experiences.. This important position offers an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on inspection of customer's clothing and assembly of their orders therefore insuring their clothing has been processed correctly returned on time. You will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of product presentation and customer satisfaction while honing your skills.
Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of finished clothing making sure standards are met
- Assemble order accurately ensuring that the orders are complete and ready on time.
- Greet customers with a positive, welcoming attitude
- Check in clothing and inspect for special instructions, stains or potential problems
- Answer questions about services, pricing and turnaround times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with the team to ensure a total team effort
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
