Electrical Assembly Technician
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to join our team. Primary responsibilities include building battery cables, routing and terminating wiring harnesses, and assembling power distribution panels for marine applications.
Responsibilities
- Build battery cables and electrical assemblies
- Run, route, label, and terminate wiring harnesses
- Assemble and wire power distribution panels
- Read wiring diagrams and electrical schematics
- Perform basic electrical testing and troubleshooting
- Maintain quality workmanship and organized work areas
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 70 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, and work in production/shop environments for extended periods
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Preferred Skills
- Experience with electrical assembly, wiring, or panel building preferred
- Ability to read electrical schematics and use hand/power tools
- Familiarity with hand crimping tools, heat shrink, connectors, and cable routing
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Marine, automotive, or industrial electrical experience is a plus
