Skilled Construction / Handyman (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Lafayette, LA + Surrounding Areas
We’re looking for a reliable, well-rounded construction worker to join a small, high-output team handling residential projects across Lafayette and nearby areas.
This is not a “stand around and wait” job. We move fast, expect accountability, and take pride in clean, professional work.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Framing and basic carpentry
- Drywall hanging and repair
- Tile work and bathroom installs
- Demolition and job site prep
- General punch list / handyman work
- Assisting in full-scale renovations
If you’ve worked across multiple trades and can figure things out without constant direction, you’ll fit well here.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years hands-on construction experience
- Ability to work independently without babysitting
- Shows up on time, ready to work
- Takes pride in quality and efficiency
- Has basic tools (required)
- Reliable transportation
Bonus: If you’re part of a 2-man crew looking for steady work, we’re open to bringing both of you on.
Pay & Schedule
- $20–$30/hour based on experience
- Guaranteed day rate available for the right person
- Consistent work (25–40+ hours/week)
- Opportunity to grow into crew lead roles as we expand
